Safeguarding
We have recognised expertise in safeguarding with all our trainers coming from social care or health practitioner backgrounds with specific emphasis on either Child Protection or Protection of Vulnerable Adults.
We are experienced in providing both single and multi-agency safeguarding training from Level 1 through to Level 4.
Disability Awareness
CCL provide a range of disability awareness training to equip the health and social care workforce and support organisations to meet their obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
We can provide both accredited and bespoke training as we are an approved deliverer of the Level One Award - Disability Awareness.
Managing Behaviours
CCL have experience in providing a range of bespoke training related to the behaviour management. These include:
- Dealing with inappropriate behaviour in children and young people.
- Managing adults with aggressive behaviour.
These are only part of our training portfolio and through our large database of fully qualified and experienced trainers in many different specialised sectors we are able to provide a range of training focused on those working with more vulnerable children, adults and older adults.
One Stop Shop
In addition to providing training on client premises, we provide a ‘one stop shop’ service for some customers where we provide course marketing, booking administration, venue management, and course delivery in multi-venue settings across an agency’s whole operating area.
