An Independent Consultant and Senior NHS Leader with a successful track record gained over 20 years in the public sector. Particular expertise in organisational change and service development; building partnerships and securing delivery of NHS policy; working particularly closely in the last 10 years within Primary Care Organisations and the wider Health and Social Care Community.
After graduating with a Chemistry Degree from Southampton was appointed as a General Management Trainee based in the Midlands. Managed services and teams in both Acute and Mental Health organisations, gained extensive experience in commissioning health and social care before appointment to Chief Executive in two Primary Care Organisations.
