Our consultancy team consists of senior, experienced managers and practitioners with a range of skills, who are committed to improving the experience of children and young people who need the help of CAMHS. All of us have worked, or still work, in health or local authority services, and share your concerns and values. We have a common vision of a fully-developed ‘whole system’ of CAMHS provided by a range of agencies working in partnership and across all four Tiers. For each project we identify the skills you need to achieve your identified objectives, and choose consultants from among the team who are credible and acceptable to the staff with whom they will be working.
