ANNE KELLY
Anne has over 30 years' experience in the NHS, originally as a registered nurse and latterly on the Board of Hampshire Primary Care Trust as a director responsible for strategy leadership and partnership development for children's services including multi-agency CAMHS services. Anne has expertise in both the commissioning and provision of children’s services. Her recent consultancy work has been in both the public and private sector with her experience including strategic planning, operational management, redesign of universal workforce and change in professional practice to deliver core Child Health Promotion Programme for Community Health Oxford (2008), mapping, analysis and recommendations for future of community paediatric unscheduled care services in Tower Hamlets (2008), lead commissioner for redesigned community paediatric unscheduled care services, Tower Hamlets PCT, close partnership working with Barts & the London NHS Trust (2008–09), mapping of CAMH services in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey to inform development of commissioning framework and key performance indicators (2009), Development of joint strategic action plan, partnership and communications arrangements for West Sussex CAMH services (2009 ongoing).
