Strategies
CAMHS Consultants has worked in a number of areas to develop CAMHS commissioning and provider Strategies. These bring needs assessments and service reviews together with service development work to produce a fully understood and clearly articulated vision of where services are going and how to get there. All our Strategy development work involves extensive stakeholder engagement through interviews, focus groups, workshops and ‘open space’ events at various stages in the process. Often, these projects last several months, but we are also able to help with ‘rapid’ Strategy development and provide facilitation for a discrete element of a process that is otherwise fully client-led.
