Learning Sets
In response to the need to build up leadership and management skills for CAMHS, we offer facilitated learning sets to enable you, or colleagues you work with, to benefit from some locally-based learning designed to meet individual needs. This involves bi-monthly Learning Set meetings with a small group of other managers, lead clinicians or commissioners in your geographical area. The first meeting is used to identify your learning needs, and the remainder of the programme tailored to meet them, in conjunction with those of your colleagues. Each Learning Set is arranged and supported by an experienced facilitator. The cost is £1200 for six sessions over the course of one year.
